The season for our Farmer's Market has been extended, the park at Quarton Lake is undergoing a beautiful transformation and Shain Park hosts concerts, art fairs and the Dream Cruise throughout the warmer months. The "Rail District" is home to many new galleries and businesses. Birmingham golfers enjoy 2 public courses, Lincoln Hills and Springdale, and the opportunity to join Birmingham Country Club. Our family has lived in Birmingham since 1969, and the community continues to impress us with all that it has to offer.

 Birmingham offers some of Metro Detroit's most expensive homes, though a broad spectrum of housing exists in city, ranging from condominiums priced near $100,000 up to stunning new homes seeking up to $9,000,000. Birmingham is an attractive city for developers and real estate investors in both the luxury condo market and new single family homes.
